10 minutes Nutella Granola made in a pan

- 2½ cups gluten-free rolled oats
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- ¼ cup cacao butter
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- ½ cup hazelnuts, roughly chopped
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup dairy-free chocolate chips
- a pinch of fine sea salt
- Put all the ingredients in a large pan and cook on medium heat
- Stir continuously and make sure nothing gets burned :)
- After 5 minutes or when it smells really good, you know the granola is ready
- Let cool on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Store in a glass jar up to 2 weeks.
