Raw Chocolate Bliss Ball with healthy greens

- 1½ cup Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- ⅓ cup buckwheat
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- ⅓ cup cacao powder
- 1 tsp wheatgrass
- 1 tsp chlorella
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well combined.
- Shape into 12-15 balls and roll in shredded coconut.
- Store in a container up to 1 week or freeze forever.
