Raw Chocolate Bliss Ball with healthy greens

Ingredients
  • 1½ cup Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • ⅓ cup buckwheat
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ⅓ cup cacao powder
  • 1 tsp wheatgrass
  • 1 tsp chlorella
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well combined.
  2. Shape into 12-15 balls and roll in shredded coconut.
  3. Store in a container up to 1 week or freeze forever.
