Welcome to my personal selection of the 10 best vegan chocolate cakes. Classical chocolate cakes, raw chocolate cakes, birthday cakes and chocolate cakes with a twist. All cakes are 100% vegan and I hope you like my little selection.
This one might be the most weird one and yet my favorite. The secret ingredient in this cake is “Sauerkraut”, which makes it super moist and yumi. This cakes is a winenr and you can’t go wrong as it is also super easy to make. What you waiting for??
A classic reinvented totally dairy-free, gluten-free in a cake form: Raw Vegan Tiramisu Cake
Not so sure what I like msot about this cake. The Cake itself, the filling or the Ganache. But go and see for yourself.
This is an easy one. No fancy stuff. And to say it in Biancas words: “What I love about the chocolate cake is that it’s a one-bowl-cake. Simply whisk all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and add in the wet ingredients and whisk again!”
The next two cakes are raw ones, and this means that they are not baked and just contain “raw” ingredients.
Say Hello to the best vegan Nutella Cake you’ve seen so far – better than the original because it is way more flavor intensive and I avoid using all the nasty stuff such as refined sugar, unhealthy fats or additives.. Tender and smooth with chocolate, hazelnuts and coconut, perfect for “I am craving chocolate nights, snowy morning brunches, afternoon coffee breaks, or birthday partys.”
Another very easy yet heavenly cake! The raw vegan chocolate fudge cake is not for the faint of heart. Now, it only takes about 20 minutes to make it, but it is quite the impressive chocolate dessert. The texture is just phenomenal!
Olive oil and zucchini are the superstars in this one! A creative twist on a classical chocolate loaf cake.
I really like this cake because it takes Teff flour as a great substitute for regular flour. Also, the cake contains bananas, which makes it the perfect after workout snack for me. Just sayin!
Last but not least, a super delicious chocolate birthday cake that melts your heart!
Now I really really hope that I could stimulate your appetite and that you think about going to the kitchen and bake one of these chocolate goddesses as soon as possible! If you want you can share your creation with me and tag me Instagram @vanillacrunnch or leave a comment here!
