I can’t believe how fast 2016 has passed. There was definitely not enough time to try all the vegan sweet recipes I wanted. Therefore I collected my favorites from 2016 in this post in order to give you some inspiration for 2017.
Since having spent last summer in London and indulging on tons of these, it’s safe to say I am addicted. The effort to make these is a little higher but definitely worth it!
No other recipe ever gained that much attention and I think it is totally deserved. With 11.7K shares on Pinterest, it made it to the most popular chocolate mousse recipe of 2016. I personally made it over 20 times this year and I never got disappointed! Give it a go!
These vegan coffee toffee bars are like a cookie but in bar form. They’re loaded with almonds and chocolate chips and they have a subtle coffee flavor – Kind of says it all right?
Peanut butter and chocolate. A combination that just always works! These cookies are perfect for Christmas, Easter, Birthdays, Break-downs, well basically all the time.
Talking about cookies. They are also perfect in Ice Cream. Don’t miss to save the recipe for this 10 minute VEGAN COOKIE DOUGH ICE CREAM
A recipe dedicated to all those people with a sweet tooth out there who enjoy a splurge in a while. This is by my friend Fanny, who currently is sick and I wish her to get well soon.
Oh boy, I think words aren’t enough to describe this heavenly dessert. Not to mention that everything black forest is super dangerous for me as I can’t stop myself from eating the whole thing.
A twist on an old classic 😉
The perfect “to-go” breakfast or all-time snack! – Oatmeal & Chocolate –
For days when green and red smoothies are just not enough! This one you can enjoy guilt-free!
Since I made my vegan Twix copycat version I am in love with these little babies! Making a tart out of them is simply genius
Chocolate-y soft serve that’s made from healthy whole foods. Yes please!
I made these for Christmas and I am pretty sure if I haven’t burned the nuts they would have turned out perfect. 🙂 Can you do better?
I’ve never really been a fan of cheesecakes until I tried my first vegan one. This one is a winner and I am not just saying it because it contains chocolate.
I think I never thought that there is something like vegan donuts. Thanks for creating something heavenly, cruelty-free.
No bake for the win! Did you guess that this wonderful tart is raw? I am impressed!
Every brownie needs a blondie!
Here we go again…
Another explosive combination of 2016, which will still be the bomb in 2017: Chocolate and Coconut!
How did you like my little collection?
