Creamy Vegan „Nutella“

Feb. 18, 2017 · 9 Kommentare

If you are looking for a healthier alternative to Nutella you must try this creamy vegan Nutella with only a bunch of ingredients made in less than 10 minutes.

Creamy vegan Nutella
I have a long history with Nutella. I mean I ate that stuff in my teenage age on a daily basis, sometimes just with a spoon out of the glass. and though I am aware that Nutella is one of those heavenly, chocolatey treats that no one eats in order to be healthy, I thought I could make at least a healthier version made just from plant based ingredients.

So when it comes to preparing the Nutella, there is really not a lot to say. You need a good blender in order to get the smoothest consistency possible. It definitely helps if you soak the dates overnight but if you want to make the Nutella straight away, you could soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes.

So far I have tried different consistencies by varying the amount of hot water. If you are aiming for a more „runny“ Nutella you can add more water.

I really hope you enjoy this healthified Nutella and I would be happy to see your jar of Nutella on Social Media! Share it with my on Instagram @vanillacrunnch or leave a comment here!

Hello, I made this recipe and it’s reaaaally good. But one thing is weird and that’s the water. I added the water in the end and it turned from nutella to chocolate-milk. Just way to much water, so I doubled every ingredient exept the water and hazelnuts. And then it was perfect???? (I also roasted my hazelnuts and blended them in after the food processor proses)❤❤❤

Vielen Dank vorab.
