10 minutes Nutella Granola made in a pan

  • 2½ cups gluten-free rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • ¼ cup cacao butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • ½ cup hazelnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • a pinch of fine sea salt
  1. Put all the ingredients in a large pan and cook on medium heat
  2. Stir continuously and make sure nothing gets burned :)
  3. After 5 minutes or when it smells really good, you know the granola is ready
  4. Let cool on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  5. Store in a glass jar up to 2 weeks.
