Creamy Vegan "Nutella"

- ⅓ cup shredded hazelnuts
- ½ cup cacao powder
- ⅓ cup (70g) dates, pitted and soaked overnight
- 3 tbsp plant based oil
- 1 cup (250ml) boiled water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of fine sea salt
- In a strong food processor, blend all the ingredients until smooth.
- Add more water until you have your desired consistency.
- Store in a jar in the fridge up to one week.
