Finally a new recipe! So I am aware that this one might not be a super new innovative one, but trust me these Raw Vegan Snicker Cheesecakes are still mind blowing.
I figured that they are the perfect treat, independent of the season. Served chilled in summer with a smoothie or paired with a hot chocolate in winter.
They are raw and vegan and super easy to make! Don’t get fooled or scared by the three layers. Everone can make them (with a good blender ;))
The taste totally reminds me of all my childhood sweets such as Mars or Snickers. I could eat them everyday. At that time I did not know that often almost all the time, these sweets are filled with tons of refined sugar and unnecessary additives.
These Raw Vegan Snicker Cheesecakes are not only fun to make in the kitchen (kids love it!) but also are they healthy and good for your body. The main ingredients are
CASHEWS
COCONUT
ORGANIC PEANUT BUTTER
and they are sweetened only with rice malt syrup. In fact they make a decadent snack that doesn’t contain any nasty ingredients. They are super chocolaty and the smell of peanut butter in your mouth makes you want to create and eat them again…again…again..
Ready to try them?

Ah, Snickers. My childhood was too obsessed with peanut butter cups that I didn’t have enough time to enjoy them without learning more about health and nutrition! Luckily, there are so many healthy alternatives such as this one! I am so looking forward to trying this one once I get all of the ingredients!
