Ganz lange habe ich nur Gazpacho gekannt, aber dieses Jahr war ich mutig und habe mich an eine kalte 🍠Süsskartoffel-Melonen Suppe getraut. Ich liebe Süsskartoffeln und Melonen und zusammen ergeben Sie eine Traumpaar! Das Ganze habe ich dann aufgepeppt mit Wasabi Nüssli und dem neuen Umami Gewürz von @knorrschweiz Dies habe ich anstatt der Bouillon verwendet. Lust zum Ausprobieren? __________________________

● 2 sweet potatos (approx. 400 g), slices in cubes
● 2 carrots (approx. 200g), sliced
● 100g melon (the orange one)
● 1 tsp coconut oil
● 1 onion, sliced
● 300 ml water
● 200 ml full-fat coconut milk
● 2 tsp Umami spice or vegetable broth
● Pepper to taste
● Wasabi nuts to decorate
