The big 2015 Foodie Exchange on Instagram

Hi dear friends, family, foodies and freaks!

Last month I saw that the wonderful Consuelo from honeyandfigsblog, hosted a secret Santa game with the hashtag „the2015instasecretsanta“, which was very successful!
I was thinking it would be such a lovely idea to organize another game between foodie instagramers.

So here we go! The big 2015 Foodie Exchange on Instagram

The game goes like this:
You’re told the name, account, address and dietary restrictions if any of a fellow foodie, you send them a cute little parcel with yummy foods, tea boxes, homemade goodies and lots of love and then you get another parcel back from a this person.
-It’d be lovely if we all took a pic of the parcel we were sent and posted it on Instagram with the tag #the2015instagramfoodieexchange

No worries, if you read it carefully it is easy 🙂

1) You fill in the form below. On 12th of September you’ll receive an email with an Excel sheet attached, which will show you the partner you are assigned too. In any case add on the spread sheet if you are following a special diet (vegan, paleo) or if you have an allergy (nut allergy, intolerances etc.)

2) Now, time to bake, go shopping and let the magic happen. Make sure you write a super cute note to your partner – and if you like a drawing.You should spend between 10-15 euros in your box.
Even though you’ll be sending a parcel to someone from your own continent, shipping can get expensive if the package is too heavy. Make sure you pack light stuff.

3) Finally, I make sure I send the package latest at the end of September so all have their packages arrive by October the 3rd. (find out more about the deadlines below).

We’ll be throwing a little Instagram party on the third of October (which also happens to be my birthday ;)) when we’ll share a picture of the parcel we received on Insta tagged with #the2015instagramfoodieexchange for everyone to see and drool over everything we’ve got! I want to celebrate with all of you and everyone gets inspired and has the opportunity to make new insta friends via this tag!

1. You can fill in the form below to enter from August the 28th to September the 12th.

2. You’ll receive the spreadsheet telling you who to send a parcel to on September the 12th. PLEASE, contact your partner before September the 20st to ask for their address and details. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. Everybody signing up for this needs to take it a 100% serious, since no one wants to be disappointed when getting no parcel.
In other words, make sure you do send your emails properly before September the 20st, so I don’t get any sad emails.

3. Please send your parcel between 20/09-30/09. I’m asking you please to respect the guidelines so everybody gets their parcel on time for the #the2015instagramfoodieexchange party.

4. Post a picture of the box you have received on Instagram on Oktober the 3rd and tag whoever send it to you AND TAG #the2015instagramfoodieexchange. Don’t forget to thank them 😉 and stalk #the2015instagramfoodieexchange to check out everyone’s partners and hopefully make new insta buddies.
