I wish I had read something like this 6 years ago. Blogging is tough and not a lot do it for a long time. With the following tips, I hope to inspire you to keep pushing through if blogging is your dream.
In diesem Post findet Ihr keinen 1 wöchigen Essensplan, auch keine Mahlzeiten unter 50kcal, keine Expertenratschläge und schon gar keine Wunderlösung um Gewicht zu verlieren.
Aber vielleicht verliert Ihr ja was anderes….
Have you ever tried black charcoal in ice cream?
It seems like the unicorn trend is ousted by the all black everything trend, and therefore I thought it would be nice to dig a little deeper into this dark and mysterious phenomena….
3 Tage in dieser Stadt und ich habe mich verliebt! Das stilvolle Ruby Hotel am Schwedenplatz, vegan essen in Wien und natürlich die Herzlichkeit in Wien! A blogpost about 3 beautiful days with a lot of vegan food in Vienna!…
After years of searching for the right birth control for me, I can finally say, I found my flower in the dessert and the right method for me. My Daysy fertility computer works with no hormones at all, yet presents the same security as the pill or any other method I tried and failed….

Hallo meine Lieben,
Hello Happy People or people who want to become happy people. I am a big fan of guest posts as I think you guess might get annoyed of my texts 😉 So, I am happy that my good friend Xenia from PowerPeakPassion was free to write this post about Happiness <3…
As an introduction, let me tell you that this travel diary is Part 1 of 2. I decided to split my experience in Seminyak/Nusa Dua and the second part will be about Ubud. For me personally, I felt a huge difference between these places and for someone who hasn’t been to Bali it might be helpful so he or she can decide what places he or she fancies. …
I wish I knew all of these things before…
Hello lovely readers,
Last week my sister and I, were invited to the Under Armour Event in beautiful snowy, sunny (but extremely cold) St. Moritz, where Lindsey Vonn inspired us with her fighting spirit when talking about her new book “Strong is the new beautiful”. I was looking forward to this event for a long time since I really like the brand Under Armour (I first learned about it during my year in the US). The brand itself stands for dedication (I WILL!), power, strength, and stamina….
I was inspired to write this post because of a german article or more of an experiment that I currently read, where a guy imitated an Instagramer/bloggers daily business for one week. It was really funny to read and so many things were actually true and it forced me to think about my own fears and doubts while being a so called “Instagramer” and blogger for 5 years now. (sorry pictures in this post are random as I literally decided to write this 20 minutes ago)…
Not gonna lie, I hate winter.
But with my 5 tips, I show you how to make the coldest months a little more bearable and how I stay healthy. Can’t really tell if my tips are applicable to anyone, but truth is, I haven’t been sick the two last winters and haven’t gained any pounds during my not so favorite season. Are you interested how I did it?
Read on- it’s simple!…
The day after all the Christmas days. I don’t know about you but usually, we celebrate between 3-4 (feels like 6) days. These are the best days with lots of food, laughter, talks and candles and cake. You know what I am talking about. This Christmas I did not let any voice in my head get through and I enjoyed all the food my family and me prepared. It was amazing but I am also glad to be back on track with eating, exercising and blogging. Today I made a little “detox” day dairy where I show you what I ate after Christmas. All plant-based things that are good for your body and help you to reduce cravings. I really hope you like this kind of post and if you scroll down at the very end of the post, you can read about my “I can do it until new year” challenge. Don’t miss it!
After finally getting up I was craving some water and so I made myself a huge warm lemon water . Lemon water is a great energy booster and refresher as our tissues are dehydrated and in desperate need of fluid to push out toxins. I try to drink it all morning but forgot during the last days. Nobody’s perfect right?!
So what I had for breakfast was this WINTER ANTIOXIDANT BLAST BLUEBERRY-PURPLE CORN SMOOTHIE but got rid of the agave nectar and added 2 handfuls of spinach for an extra boost.
“Because if you love and want something enough—whatever it is—then you don’t really mind eating the shit sandwich that comes with it.”
This is a blog post about fear, creativity and shit sandwiches. – A blog post about my opinion, about finding your own personality and in the broadest sense a tribute to the fantastic book Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert and the great articles by Mark Manson, which both inspired me to write this.
Many people ask me where I get my ideas for blog posts. And this is where I might differentiate myself so much from other working professionally in that business. I don’t have an editorial calendar, no weekly blog post topic brainstorm wall, no “I need to post at least twice a week” aggressive voice in the back of my head. I am creative, I am chaotic and I can only write something good when I really feel it. That’s maybe one of the main reasons why I could never work in a 9 to 5 job and why I knew that I need to break out of these vintage patterns of having a “real” job.
This post does not originate from a single encounter yet is an accumulation of talks and negotiations I had with friends, bloggers, my family or total strangers. I need conversations, encounters, great books, but mostly people that get me thinking.
In the big magic, Elizabeth lists some of the things, why people do not do what they secretly want to do. And of course sometimes it is complicated but EVERYONE, yes also you reading this, has the power to take control of their own life and change things. So be honest with yourself and tell me if:
“You’re afraid that there’s no market for your creativity, and therefore no point in pursuing it?”
“You’re afraid somebody else already did it better? You’re afraid everybody else already did it better?”
“You’re afraid your work isn’t politically, emotionally, or artistically important enough to change anyone’s life?”
I’ve been in this “baking sucks, photography goes not well, I hate everything so I watch netflix all day” phase for some week when I realized I need to get out of this. Step outside, doing something completely crazy without thinking about it for too long. …
Somehow summer sneaked out the back door and a cold autumn wind is blowing through the streets of Switzerland. And somehow (again), I’m not ready to break up with summer and going into winter. Looking at my recent recipes you can see that I’m hanging on to every last berry and stone fruit, every gelato and every coconut. tropical inspired something. I even printed out some holiday images with palm trees and nice beach scenery, so I can always remind myself of my summer adventures.
I was struggling a long time to find an appropriate title for this post. I changed it several times and I still think that it does not encompass all the things I am going to say here.
Being a role model is never easy. Especially because I did not choose to be one. There are so many mistakes you can make and the more you grow your audience the more you have to be careful about the things you say or do. Because you are watched now. Being watched never really was a problem for me, as I am lucky enough to live in a very humble city and I am surrounded by a down-to-earth family and a bunch of fun and full with “joie de vivre” people. However, there is a fine line between being watched and being judged. …
