3 Tage in dieser Stadt und ich habe mich verliebt! Das stilvolle Ruby Hotel am Schwedenplatz, vegan essen in Wien und natürlich die Herzlichkeit in Wien! A blogpost about 3 beautiful days with a lot of vegan food in Vienna!…
After years of searching for the right birth control for me, I can finally say, I found my flower in the dessert and the right method for me. My Daysy fertility computer works with no hormones at all, yet presents the same security as the pill or any other method I tried and failed….

Hello Summer lovers and dessert freaks, it is time to exchange the cakes and the loaves of bread for summery, refreshing tarts! This kiwi-coconut tart is definitely the winner of every party and not just because it looks absolutely fantastic……
Two months ago, I did not know about these cookies called “Wagon wheels” but I thought they looked very tasty when I looked at pictures on the internet. The original recipe sounded pretty sugary so that I decided to make my own version and call them the Vegan Wagon Wheels with Chia Jam.…
I love chocolate pies and tarts. And I love a lot of chocolate pies and tarts. That’s why I came up with this healthier gluten-free, Vegan Nutella Tart. It’s guilt-free and just made with natural ingredients, which makes me love chocolate desserts even more.
Hello Chocolate lovers !
As some of you might know, I am from Switzerland (the land of chocolate) and I never tried to hide my immensely deep almost disturbing love for chocolate. I persuade that I compensate my disgust for cheese with chocolate. Legit.
Granola for me is one of the easiest things to do at home. You can make Granola in so many flavors that the variety of combinations is almost endless. If I am asked what my favorite granola is, I am usually struggling but I have to say that this Glutenfree Double Chocolate Granola definitely made it into my top three….
Hello lovely readers,
Last week my sister and I, were invited to the Under Armour Event in beautiful snowy, sunny (but extremely cold) St. Moritz, where Lindsey Vonn inspired us with her fighting spirit when talking about her new book “Strong is the new beautiful”. I was looking forward to this event for a long time since I really like the brand Under Armour (I first learned about it during my year in the US). The brand itself stands for dedication (I WILL!), power, strength, and stamina….
Not sure if there are still people who haven’t tried this creamy fluffy dream but just in case someone hasn’t I created another version of my Chocolate mousse with coconut whipped cream.
All you need is one bowl and a few ingredients to make these vegan dark chocolate espresso brownies – I dare to say that these are THE BEST healthy vegan brownies with no eggs, refined sugar or butter. Trust me!…
“Because if you love and want something enough—whatever it is—then you don’t really mind eating the shit sandwich that comes with it.”
This is a blog post about fear, creativity and shit sandwiches. – A blog post about my opinion, about finding your own personality and in the broadest sense a tribute to the fantastic book Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert and the great articles by Mark Manson, which both inspired me to write this.
Many people ask me where I get my ideas for blog posts. And this is where I might differentiate myself so much from other working professionally in that business. I don’t have an editorial calendar, no weekly blog post topic brainstorm wall, no “I need to post at least twice a week” aggressive voice in the back of my head. I am creative, I am chaotic and I can only write something good when I really feel it. That’s maybe one of the main reasons why I could never work in a 9 to 5 job and why I knew that I need to break out of these vintage patterns of having a “real” job.
This post does not originate from a single encounter yet is an accumulation of talks and negotiations I had with friends, bloggers, my family or total strangers. I need conversations, encounters, great books, but mostly people that get me thinking.
In the big magic, Elizabeth lists some of the things, why people do not do what they secretly want to do. And of course sometimes it is complicated but EVERYONE, yes also you reading this, has the power to take control of their own life and change things. So be honest with yourself and tell me if:
“You’re afraid that there’s no market for your creativity, and therefore no point in pursuing it?”
“You’re afraid somebody else already did it better? You’re afraid everybody else already did it better?”
“You’re afraid your work isn’t politically, emotionally, or artistically important enough to change anyone’s life?”
It’s Christmas soon and I guess I am not the only one, who already indulged on too many cookies? Well, I believe it’s totally fine, since Christmas is only once a year! And as for me it doesn’t always have to be unhealthy, store-bought cookies or chocolates; I prefer my own version of Christmas sweets that I don’t have to feel bad about it and I further sneaked in some greens that are good for my body.
Introducing you to my this years favorite “Raw Chocolate Bliss Ball with healthy greens”.
It’s funny how so many people know about the benefits of wheatgrass, spirulina, chlorella and all the other greens but obviously, have problems taking them because of the taste. As you might think that they don’t taste sweet and therefore don’t belong into a sweet recipe, I want to convince of the contrary. I think it’s truly amazing to sneak in some greens and superfoods without noticing their taste but still getting all the benefits. Want to give it a try?…
What is Aquafaba? As fancy as it sounds, the trivial it is. So Aquafaba is the viscous canned chickpea liquid, you usually throw away when using the chickpeas. And today I am going to show you how to make a heavenly, vegan and gluten-free chocolate mousse out of Aquafaba.
Last week was already pretty stressful with everyone hyping around about not finding the right Christmas presents or complaining about the freezing cold weather outside. So, I decided to look myself in my flat for a day and do some soul baking. The result was these Healthy Vegan Swiss Mountains Macaroons dipped in dark chocolate.
They are not only very easy to make, they are also gluten-free, refined-sugar free, dairy free and delicious! They are not as fluffy as
dairy free and delicious!
They are not as fluffy as traditional macaroons due to the ground almonds I added, but I really like the consistency as it reminds me of a nut cookie with a hint of vacation due to the coconut.
Every year I eat my whole weight in granola. Maybe more. I don’t know. It’s an addiction I developed during my early years of childhood. It’s hard to find a granola that I don’t like. For this Christmas season, I decided to come up with a gingerbread infused Granola, which is even grain-free and contains no oats….
Almost December! How time flies! Back from Thailand (if you really really miss summer quickly switch to my Thailand Travel Diary and look at the pictures) I am back in the kitchen. And I will kick off the Christmas season with these Maple Ginger Chocolate Chip Cookie Dippers. It’s recipe 1 and it will be followed by many more. Any suggestions are warmly welcome and can be deposited in the comments under this blog post….
This Vegan, Gluten-free coconut loaf with pomegranate glaze is not only an eyecatcher on birthdays, it is also totally yummi, moist and easy to make! Usually, when I bake, I substitute the “egg” component either with Chia-Seeds, Flax seed or apple sauce, but for this recipe I wanted to achieve some fluffiness and therefore tried the Vegg-Egg for the first time….
I had such terrible digestive issues. I am not talking about weekly or monthly stomach pain, because of a bad meal, overeating or mental issues. In this blog post I want to show you what you can do in order to get rid of stomach cramps through a plant-based diet. I am talking about daily stomach cramps, no matter if I would eat just bread, a simple carrot soup or a pizza. There was always something….
Feeling like an Instagram oldie, I thought I might share some of my experiences with you on what I learned through my time on Instagram. You might find yourself in one or two of the stories below……
Ah, I usually shy away from blog posts like these…There is no step to step thingy on how to get more followers. I mean, what do you want with all them? 😉
A huge follower base is awesome but as much everyone is focussed on quantity, I personally aiming for more quality followers. Yesterday, I’ve built up the Facebook Community Group: BLOGGER COMMUNITY 2016. This is an open community where everyone is invited to join and share. Just after one day I figured that there are many Newby Bloggers, all with the same question on how to get more traffic….
I can’t believe it has already been a year since I am off the pill now. So far I did not regret it for one single day. So for those of you who doesn’t know. In December, I talked to a friend who asked randomly whether I use prevent with hormones, means the pill, ring, plaster, you name them.
