I was inspired to write this post because of a german article or more of an experiment that I currently read, where a guy imitated an Instagramer/bloggers daily business for one week. It was really funny to read and so many things were actually true and it forced me to think about my own fears and doubts while being a so called “Instagramer” and blogger for 5 years now. (sorry pictures in this post are random as I literally decided to write this 20 minutes ago)…

I was struggling a long time to find an appropriate title for this post. I changed it several times and I still think that it does not encompass all the things I am going to say here.
Being a role model is never easy. Especially because I did not choose to be one. There are so many mistakes you can make and the more you grow your audience the more you have to be careful about the things you say or do. Because you are watched now. Being watched never really was a problem for me, as I am lucky enough to live in a very humble city and I am surrounded by a down-to-earth family and a bunch of fun and full with “joie de vivre” people. However, there is a fine line between being watched and being judged. …

After spending my last three months in London I had this deep aspiration for silence, nature and relaxation. Yes, I think I am never going to be a “city-girl”, because I simply love fresh mountain air too much. So, the idea of taking the train to St. Moritz last Friday, made me forgot about all the noise and struggles from the city. I felt like heading to Hogwarts when passing long green fields of green , sparkling blue rivers and impressively high mountain walls soaring just a few feet away from the tracks where the train rushed through. Not less impressive was the view of the KEMPINSKI GRAND HÔTEL DES BAINS where I would spend my next two days….

Homemade vegan pie crust. A thing I was always a little afraid of. I mean making a raw vegan pie crust is kind of easy with the base of dates, crushed nuts and coconut oil. But what about making a vegan pie with a baked crust. Combined with fresh figs and a heavenly chocolate ganache filling, this dessert is the perfect treat for autumn. I present you my Mini Vegan Chocolate Fig Pies.

Happy Monday my dear readers. Today’s blog post is a very special one, because it is a guest blog posts from a blogger I know and value for 3 years now. Morena and I, share many values and thoughts when it comes to self-love and a healthy eating/fitness and lifestyle approach. Many of our talks inspired me to write a blog post about labels and how food and eating can become a prison instead of joy and elixir of life. I think I never shared such personal thoughts before in public and I am curious what your thoughts are about this often discussed topic. The post is written in English and German and I am very happy that Morena has offered me here blog to publish this post. You can find it here.
And I am very happy that Morena gave me one of her precious texts to publish on here. I hope and think that you guys will love her as much as I do! The text is in Englisch and German (scroll down)

Damn, I can,t tell you how much I hate bloating! They have been my continuous companion through life for way too long! I can remember several situations when I thought my stomach would explode. Usually these were (of course!) social situation, when I acted like nothing was wrong and inside I died a little every time my stomach decided to grow like a balloon and hurt like a trapped snail that wants to get out of there. …

With so many blogs popping up during the last months, it can be kind of a challenge to find your place and space and distinguish yourself from others. Many bloggers start a blog with great motivation but after some time, they stop posting or they loose interest in improving their page and interacting with their readers. Professional blogging is nothing different from a real job. You should listen to you readers and always stay true to yourself.

This post is based on a german article I recently read online. The article deals with the topic of a generation that is unable to commit to love. Not like tinder love; more like staying with someone for more than 2 years. I reflected on myself and found that I am falling into the pattern of not being present in real life but more and more in a virtual world through my phone or computer….

My ultimate spring colors are green and pink. But mostly pink. Last week, I created a truly fun, great looking and above all yummi pink spread that you can basically use for everything. I also prepared little starter snack and my guest loved the vibrant colors and the bursting flavor! You can decorate your bread slices with avocado, fruits, herbs, edible flowers or simply use the beetroot cashew spread plain.

I think my food journey is a rather long and unsteadily one. I have been through phases, experiments, and diets. But then again who hasn’t. You read something, you see progress pictures and then you want to change something and try.
Sometimes it turns out well and sometimes not.
Well, let’s talk a little bit about that “well”. When you change your eating behavior, when do you feel like you have successfully changed something?

A post about societies ugly standards of perfection.
At this moment, there are 7,409,818,671 people in the world. Some are currently driving the bike, some are coming home, some are sleeping and some are mobbing others on the internet. They tell lies to make it through the day, bring others down to maybe feel better. Some are evil.
